Iyengar Yoga
Jubilee Hall Thursday's 3:00 - 4:30pm What differentiates Iyengar Yoga from the many other approaches today is the careful attention paid to alignment. The poses are taught with detail and precision as alignment is the essence of the asanas. In classes, you will learn and practise a variety of yoga poses (known as ‘asanas’) ranging from the dynamic to the restful. The Jubilee Hall – offers a large hall, comfortably seating up to 140, a licensed bar, stage and kitchen. As well as an excellent sound system and Hearing Loop.

- A Damage Deposit of £200 will be payable in advance for Wedding and Private functions and will be fully refundable provided there is no damage or excess cleaning required. Please provide a separate cheque for this.
